TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hello and THANK YOU so much for checking our site out! Here are some terms and conditions for your reading pleasure! YOUR satisfaction is our success! If our service and merchandise make you happy then we've done our job! If not, then we're not happy either. Here you'll find our terms and conditions and what happens when you order.
SHIPPING TIME
Most orders will ship within two (2) business days. Inventory sometimes is backordered or sells out for a variety of reasons, so that can mean orders will take a little longer to process. It is extremely rare that an order takes longer than 2 weeks to ship. However for purposes of these terms and conditions, we need to say that it MAY take up to 30 days to get to you. We will let you know if the item you want is not in stock and the estimated arrival date. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, YOU MUST NOTIFY US! Please put it on the special instruction section on the checkout page. Know that if you need expedited means of delivery other than standard USPS, that additional charge will be yours. If we cannot meet your date, we will let you know.
If for some reason you are not pleased with your item(s), we will take it back within 30 days of the date you received the order as long as it is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. We will either exchange the item, give you store credit, or refund your money, whichever you prefer. The 30 days begin the day that you receive the order, and we do stick to this policy. We will not refund any shipping expense, except due to an error on our part or due to defective merchandise. And in that case, we will reimburse you for the shipping to and from. To return an item, wrap it up in a nice secure box and include a note telling us your full name, address, phone number, email address, what you're returning and why and most importantly what you want us to do! If you want an exchange, please tell us what the item is and the size/color. Take it to your shipper of choice and for your own benefit, insure it and request a delivery confirmation. This may cost you an extra buck or so, but it'll be worth it to you if it gets lost or damaged in transit! Returns can also be made in person at our retail store Centerstage at 5012 University Way NE in Seattle, WA.
**You will NOT receive any hassle from us AS LONG AS your return is postmarked within 30 days of receiving it and as long as it is in original condition. Original condition means: garmet tags must still be intact (when applicable), no deodorant stains, animal hair, colognes, perfumes, lotions, body grease, makeup, bodily excretions, cigarette smoke or foul smells must emit from the pristine package you initially received! And, please do not wash it and expect a refund.**
MONEY ORDERS
Send your MONEY ORDER along with a copy of your order (printed right off the site or make your own) to: Centerstage, 5012 University Way NE, Seattle, WA 98105 USA. We will not hold items for you while we wait for your mail order. So please get it in to us quickly! Our system is derived from an inventory database, however it is ALWAYS 'prudent' to email us first to see if we have it in stock.

We ship everywhere in the world except a small handful of countries. We accept Visa and Mastercard and Paypal.
