Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping $6 on orders up to $15
• Standard Shipping $10 on orders $15 and up
• Expedited Shipping Is often available, please call to check though

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

In-Store Pickup Local pickup is available at our store location. Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
